Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak will finally move on this summer, while Jules Kounde’s price tag has been dropped by Sevilla, all in the papers.
OBLAK WANTS OUT AND UNITED, CHELSEA ARE KEEN
Atletico Madrid’s Champions League exit at the hands of Chelsea has reportedly prompted Jan Oblak to finally push for a transfer.
Chelsea eased past the LaLiga contenders over two legs and Oblak, 28, who has been linked with a move away from Spain for several years, will now look to start a new journey.
That is the news via Todofichajes and ironically one of his potential destinations is Chelsea. Thomas Tuchel is apparently unconvinced by Edouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
It’s reported that his release clause sits at €120m, but Chelsea would not be willing to go that high and instead will make an offer of €80m.
Man Utd are also mentioned as suitors and the report claims they will offer David de Gea as part of any prospective deal and a “high sum”.
It’s understood Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is planning to shake up his goalkeeping positions this summer with a number of stoppers said to be moved on.
